Hello, friends! I have a fun new feature to tell you about. I’m always thinking about how to make these menu plans as helpful and user-friendly as possible. I see that many of you use them, and that makes be so happy, truly. Meal planning can be so overwhelming, right! These weekly meal plans have definitely been a help to me. However, I find that I am often scribbling down the plan on my grocery list to take to the store only to see it become crumpled up in the bottom of my purse, which is actually kind of like losing it to the Pit of No Return. This is the truth. On any given day, inside my purse you may or may not find  an extra maxi skirt, the latest book I’m reading, a bag of brush lettering pens and 3 containers of Extra Mint Gum Cubes. Not a wonder my grocery list gets crumpled. Ha! Anyhow, I often forget to retrieve the list and then find myself thinking throughout the week…”now, what was I planning on making this week…”, then a search to the Pit of No Return provides the scribbled on list that I tack to my fridge and try to decipher. 🙂 This is the sad story of my very organized life, friends. Baby steps to Homemaker of the Year.

Starting today, each menu plan post will include a cute printable page (in PDF format) that you can print out and keep handy in your kitchen for easy reference. If you are using your phone to look at the plan, you could easily take a screen shot of the list for reference as well.  I am hoping to take a screen shot to use at the store and then print a copy to keep on my fridge. As I mentioned, baby steps to Homemaker of the Year.

  1. Jamie, FYI, the link under the cookies takes you to a butter cream syrup instead of the cookies. If I click the picture, it takes me to the right link. They look delicious 🙂
