This easy and refreshing Creamy Grape Salad is the perfect sweet side dish for summer potlucks, BBQs, or family dinners. Made with a mix of red and green grapes, chopped walnuts, and a tangy-sweet cream cheese dressing, it’s finished with a sprinkle of brown sugar and crunchy walnuts for the perfect texture and flavor. Quick to make, crowd-pleasing, and irresistibly creamy—this grape salad is a summertime favorite!

Honestly, when I prepped this recipe to take pictures of, my family was suspicious. It doesn’t hold a lot of curb appeal, if you know what I’m saying. ๐ But then they tasted it.
“Ok, that is BOMB.”
“Um, why is this so good?”
…and
“Make this again as soon as possible!”
Were a few of the random comments featured by my taste testing family.
It’s a good one, gang. Hope you get a chance to try it!
Here’s what you’ll need.

You want 8 cups of seedless grapes, I used green and red, but you can use any kind. Wash them, pull them off of the vine and pat them dry. Place them in a medium sized serving bowl. Chop your walnuts and add 1/2 C to the bowl.

Into a separate bowl, place your softened cream cheese and beat until smooth. Add the sour cream, sugar and vanilla and beat until well combined. Pour the mixture over the top of the grapes and stir to combine.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, and up to 24.

Just before you serve, sprinkle with brown sugar and the remaining walnuts.
Enjoy!

Oh I remember this amazing fruit salad from about 15 years ago when it made the rounds over here. We made it all the time for picnics and all through the summer. Forgot all about it until I saw this today. Thank you for the reminder. Canโt wait to try your version. It is just fantastic.
Teresa,
Hope you enjoy it!
Best,
