Fuel your day with this refreshing and energizing frozen mango smoothie! Made with simple, wholesome ingredients like frozen mango, spinach, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and Crystal Light Energy powder, it’s the perfect blend of creamy, fruity, and revitalizing. This quick and healthy smoothie is packed with flavor, nutrients, and a gentle caffeine boost—ideal for breakfast, a post-workout pick-me-up, or an afternoon refresher.

I’ve been making this yummy smoothie for the past few months to enjoy for breakfast and it really is so refreshing and energizing. You can substitute any kind of fruit and crystal light combinations that you enjoy.
Hope you get a chance to try it!
Let me show you how to make it happen.

Into your blender (I love this Ninga Personal Blender Bottle), place the frozen mango, yogurt, spinach, half of the crystal light package (be sure you have the single serving size) and almond milk. I like to add the above pictured Collagen Peptides supplement, because my joints get achy now and then and this seems to help some. ๐ Totally optional, however and doesn’t change the taste of the smoothie at all.
Blend for about 30 seconds until smooth. Add a bit more almond milk if you like a thinner smoothie.
Enjoy!

- 1/2 (.09 oz) package of Citrus Crystal Light Energy (Single Serve Size)
- 2 C fresh spinach
- 2 Tb Collagen Peptides (totally optional, but helpful for joint health)
