This creamy, garlicky tzatziki sauce is the perfect fresh topping for grilled meats, roasted veggies, or pita bread. Made with Greek yogurt, cucumber, lemon, and dill, it’s quick to whip up and bursting with Mediterranean flavor. A must-have for Greek chicken bowls, gyros, or as a healthy dip. It’s ready in just minutes and will keep for up to a week in the fridge.

Ingredients

  • 1 C sour cream
  • 1/2 C Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 C mayonnaise
  • 2 cucumbers, peeled, seeds removed and chopped
  • 1 1/2 Tb lemon juice (bottled is fine)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic, minced (bottled is fine)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp dill
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until the cucumber has broken down and everything is nice and creamy.
  3. Cover and store in the fridge for up to 1 week. It will thicken up a bit as it sits.
