These Chicken Caesar Smash Tacos are crispy, cheesy, and packed with bold flavor…all in just 15 minutes! Seasoned chicken is smashed onto tortillas and cooked until golden and crispy, then piled high with crisp romaine lettuce, juicy tomatoes, crunchy fried onions, Parmesan cheese, and creamy Caesar dressing. They’re the perfect mash-up of tacos and Caesar salad, making them a fresh, fast, and family-friendly dinner that’s sure to become a weeknight favorite.
Would you believe me if I told you, I’ve made them three times in the past week. They are that good and that fast. My family gave them a big thumbs up.

Let me show you how to make it happen!

Grab 6 (6 inch) flour tortillas. Spoon 1/6 of the ground chicken over the top of each tortilla. Use a fork to smash down, and spread the chicken over the tortilla leaving about 1 inch of the tortilla plain. Sprinkle the chicken generously with Wender’s All Purpose Greek Seasoning and a bit of salt and pepper.

Grab a deep skillet, or griddle and heat it up over medium high heat. Add a bit of oil to the pan and allow it to heat through. Place the chicken side of the tortillas down and into the pan. You can fit as many as your pan will hold, just be sure they don’t overlap at all. You want to the meat to cook through and get a nice sear on it. Should only take 3-4 minutes. When the meat is cooked through and no longer pink, spray the tortillas with just a bit of cooking spray and turn them over so the side without the meat gets a chance to heat through and crisp up a bit.

Remove the cooked tacos from the skillet and add some shredded lettuce, diced tomato, parmesan cheese, crispy French onions and a bit of Caesar dressing.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
