I guess I really have BBQ Chicken on the mind this week. 🙂
It will be a good way to use up the cilantro and green onion both recipes call for, yes?

  1. Oh what a life saver you are Jamie! I’ve been struggling with ideas for Easter dinner and I knew I’d find my menu here. It’s funny, whenever I make something new – my dear husband hates to try anything new, he’s just a basic meat/potatoes guy, I tell him I got the recipe off “Jamie Cooks It Up” and he immediately says, oh then I’ll try it, it’s got to be good if it’s Jamie’s dish (I have to laugh cause the way he says it he acts like you just cooked it for him!). It all started when I made your famous Bourbon Chicken a couple years ago and now its his favorite dish, I even had the pleasure of making it often for his 95 year old grandmother (we lost her last year) but she loved it too! So glad you do this website 🙂 Thank you!
