  1. i made the pepperocini pork roast and so far it has lasted us 7 meals for 3 people. we have had it as the roast with black eye peas and collard greens, the pulled pork protein bowl, pulled pork nachos and barbeque pork sandwiches. noone has complained about leftovers. a 9.00$ roast lasted the whole week !
