Hello, everyone and welcome to this weeks Summertime Menu Plan. I wanted to mention a new series I have starting here on the blog. Every Wednesday I’ll be posting a new 15 MINUTE RECIPE, from now until I run out of ideas ;). I’m hoping to spread them out over a couple of months at least. Most of them will be super clean, healthy recipes you can make for a quick lunch or dinner. I’m looking forward to sharing them with you! I hope you find them helpful! I know we sure have been enjoying them. This past week I started with the amazing 15 Minute Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wraps, included in this weeks menu plan below. I’m also working at making an effort to clean up a lot of the old recipes from my early days of blogging, re-doing pictures and making the “print” feature more user friendly. Lots of great things going on here, with this pile of recipes. 🙂
