This is great served with a simple green salad, chips and salsa.

BBQ RANCH CHICKEN SALAD (BUILD YOUR OWN)

I’ve served this yummy salad several times when my adult children and their families are here for dinner. I double the quantity of chicken, set all the ingredients out in individual bowls and let everyone build their own salad. It’s been a hit. I often serve it with baked potatoes as well, some of my kids load them up with the bbq chicken, cheese and dressing. It’s a great option that keeps everyone happy.
