These delightful Grilled Chicken Tenders feature one of my favorite flavor combinations. Smoked Paprika and Fresh Rosemary. The two are a match made in heaven and they pair perfectly in this tasty grilled chicken recipe.

Super simple to put together, the chicken marinates for 6-24 hours, and then gets grilled to perfection. You could use chicken thighs or chicken breasts as well. We like tenders because they cook so quickly. Make sure you don’t over cook. 🙂

They are super yummy dipped in this tasty BBQ Ranch sauce.
Here are a few ideas of what to serve on the side!

Hope some of you get a chance to try it. So simple! So good!

Hope you get a chance to try it!
Ingredients
- CHICKEN:
- 2 1/2 - 3 pounds chicken tenders
- 4 Tb olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 Tb fresh rosemary, chopped
- DIPPING SAUCE: (optional)
- 1/2 C ranch dressing
- 1/2 C BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Place your chicken tenders into a 9x9 dish. I like to use a sharp pair of kitchen scissors to cut out the little white tendon found at the tip of each tender.
- Sprinkle or pour all of the ingredients over the top of the tenders and use your hands to spread the mixture all over both sides of the chicken.
- Cover and refrigerate for 6-24 hours.
- Heat your grill to 350 degrees.
- Carefully spray the grates with cooking spray.
- Grill for about 7 minutes on each side or until the chicken is no longer pink on the inside.
- Remove to a plate and cover with foil. Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes, give it a taste and add more salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix the dipping sauce together and serve on the side, if you choose.
Serve and enjoy!
Recipe from Jamie Cooks It Up!

These are tender and delicious. They have great flavor. I have cut them up and put them in a salad too. Make sure to try the dressing – it’s yummy.
I even made them in a fry pan when the grill was just too hard to get out that day.
Ember,
So happy to hear this yummy recipe has turned out so well for you. I love the idea of making them in a skillet. I will have to try that next time.
Best ,
