These delightful Grilled Chicken Tenders feature one of my favorite flavor combinations. Smoked Paprika and Fresh Rosemary. The two are a match made in heaven and they pair perfectly in this tasty grilled chicken recipe.

Super simple to put together, the chicken marinates for 6-24 hours, and then gets grilled to perfection. You could use chicken thighs or chicken breasts as well. We like tenders because they cook so quickly. Make sure you don’t over cook. 🙂

They are super yummy dipped in this tasty BBQ Ranch sauce.

Grilled Smokey Rosemary Chicken Tenders

Serves: 4-5 servings Prep Time: Cooking Time:

  • 2 1/2 - 3 pounds chicken tenders
  • 4 Tb olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 Tb fresh rosemary, chopped
  • DIPPING SAUCE: (optional)
  • 1/2 C ranch dressing
  • 1/2 C BBQ sauce


  1. Place your chicken tenders into a 9x9 dish. I like to use a sharp pair of kitchen scissors to cut out the little white tendon found at the tip of each tender.
  2. Sprinkle or pour all of the ingredients over the top of the tenders and use your hands to spread the mixture all over both sides of the chicken.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 6-24 hours.
  4. Heat your grill to 350 degrees.
  5. Carefully spray the grates with cooking spray.
  6. Grill for about 7 minutes on each side or until the chicken is no longer pink on the inside.
  7. Remove to a plate and cover with foil. Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes, give it a taste and add more salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Mix the dipping sauce together and serve on the side, if you choose.
