I love the combination of sweet, salty, crunchy and delicious.
You can even use each apple piece to dip in the warm peanut butter and then the seeds and chocolate.
It’s a great snack, any time of year, but especially in the summer.
Ingredients
- 1 large apple (Honey Crisp are my favorite)
- 1-2 Tb peanut butter, warmed in the microwave
- 1-2 Tb semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1-2 Tb pumpkin seeds, roasted and salted
- Hemp hearts
Instructions
- Warm your peanut butter in the microwave and give it a nice stir.
- Slice and core your apple and lay it out on a plate.
- Drizzle the peanut butter over the top of the nachos and sprinkle it with the chocolate chips, pumpkin seeds and hemp hearts.
Serve and enjoy!
