Looking for a quick, healthy breakfast that feels like a little morning treat just for you? Meet my new favorite: Healthy Honey Peach Breakfast Oats. It’s wholesome, satisfying, and ready in just minutes—perfect for those mornings when you need something quick but still want to treat yourself to something special. Plus, it’s packed with fiber, nutrients and a bit of protein to keep you feeling full and energized all morning long.
I’m a big fan of breakfast oatmeal (see my Chocolate Raspberry Oats and Banana Bread Oats for further evidence). They just hit the spot! All three of these taste great and feel great. A pretty fabulous combination, in my book.
Let me show you how to make it happen! Bring on the summer peaches!

Grab yourself a juicy, ripe peach. Cut it into two pieces and toss one of them into a bullet blender, or small blender.

Add the oats, milk, honey, egg, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and salt.

Blend until smooth.

Pour the peachy batter into a microwave safe cereal bowl. Pop it int the microwave for 3 minutes. Once cooked it has a fabulous sponge cake like texture. Yum.

Top it with the other peach half, a dollop of vanilla yogurt, sliced almonds and a bit of honey. You can add more milk if you like as well.

So hearty, satisfying and delicious!
Hope you get a chance to try it!

if we can’t get good peaches anymore what other fruit would work?
Traci,
Thanks for your question. You could use a super ripe pear or banana and still get great results.
Good luck!
~Jamie
There is no egg in the ingredients list but in the instructions it says to add an egg?
