This decadent, healthy, and delicious Chocolate Raspberry Oats can be made in under 10 minutes, is super satisfying and has appeared in my kitchen many times over the past few weeks. I love oats (see my delicious Banana Bread Oats for One here) and this latest version is a keeper.

Let me show you how easy it is to put together.

Drop some fresh raspberries into a large glass measuring cup. (I use the 4 cup size).

Add your dry ingredients (look at that yummy cocoa powder 😉 ). Add the almond milk…

…and give everything a nice stir. Heat it in the microwave for 3 minutes.

It will thicken up nicely for you. Transfer it to a serving bowl and add your toppings.

Mini chocolate chips, more fresh raspberries and bit of milk. So good!

It would also be fabulous with coconut and coffee creamer, if you are looking to elevate it even further. Lot of options!

Hop you get a chance to try it.
