This delicious Creamy Chipotle Sauce can be made in just minutes and is fabulous drizzled on tacos, over a salad or to dip veggies or homemade french fries in. It’s got a little kick to it, is creamy, slightly sweet and fabulous!
Here are a few recipes that go well with it!






Ingredients
- 1/2 C mayonnaise, full fat is best
- 1/2 C sour cream, full fat is best
- 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce (found in cans in the Mexican Food aisle)
- 2 tsp lime juice (bottled is fine)
- 2 Tb honey
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender.
- Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
