January Menu Plan 2014 (Over 35 Healthy Recipes!)

Hey there everyone! I have my January Menu Plan for you today, and I have slimmed it down for you (and mostly for me!) This month I tried to choose recipes that are fabulous in taste, loaded with veggies, whole grains, lean meats/poultry/fish and nutrients that are good for you. The super rich and heavy recipes are still hanging out in my recipe file, but aren’t included in this months plan.  Hope you don’t mind!

Please be aware that when I say these recipes are “healthy” I am not implying they are perfectly nutritious…carb-free, sugar-free, calorie-free, gluten-free or sodium free :). They are simply wonderful tasting recipes that happen to have fewer calories and fat than many of the other recipes on my site. So, that is what I have chosen for us all this month.

1. Loaded Black Bean Soup and Fluffy Honey Wheat Rolls
2. Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap and Crispy Parmesan Oven Fries
3. Guiltless Zucchini Marinara Subs and Big Green Salad
4. Quinoa, Mandarin and Feta Salad and Grilled Chicken
5. Chicken and Vegetable Stir Fry and Brown Rice

WEEK 2:
6. Asian Lettuce Wraps with Egg Drop Soup
BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches and  7. Healthy Oven Baked Onion Rings
Roasted Tomato and Asparagus Tortellini
Easy Buffalo Chicken Tacos with Cheesy Spanish Rice
Rumbi Mango Chicken Salad

BBQ Ranch Chicken Salad
Pan Fried Fish, Sesame Green Beans and Rice Pilaf
Oatmeal Pancakes and Crustless Quiche
Italian Tortellini Soup and Fabulous French Bread
Balsamic Brown Sugar Glazed Pork Roast (Crock Pot) with Roasted Root Vegetables

BBQ Chicken Pizza with Honey Wheat Crust and Green Salad
Turkey Breast of Wonder and Cranberry, Sunflower Salad w/Raspberry Poppyseed vinaigrette
Orange Sesame Chicken and Ham Fried Rice
Chicken Enchilada Soup (Crock Pot) and Whole Wheat Bread
Spinach and Ricotta Lasagna Rolls and Olive Garden Salad

I was discouraged with your other recipes because of the amount of processed food.
