Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower
  • cooking spray
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic salt

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees.
2. Remove the large, bulky stem from the cauliflower and cut the white part of the cauliflower into 1-2 inch chunks.
3. Line 1 large baking sheet with foil. Spray it with cooking spray. Add the cauliflower to the sheet pan and spray it generously with cooking spray. (You could also add oil, but it works well with just the spray).
4. Mix all other ingredients in a small bowl, then sprinkle them all over the cauliflower, tossing to combine.
5. Get it into the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until slightly charred on the outside.

Serve and enjoy!
