I love a good Wedge Salad and this simple recipe I have for you today carries all the traditional features. Crispy ice burg lettuce, cut into a sturdy wedges. Crumbled bacon, juicy tomatoes, green onions and blue cheese crumbles. You can add either ranch or blue cheese dressing.
We love to add a drizzle of Balsamic Glaze, and please believe me when I tell you…it’s the right things to do. The tangy sweetness, gives it another layer of flavor that is fabulous.

Ingredients
- 8 slices precooked bacon
- 1 head ice burg lettuce
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, cut into halves
- 2-3 green onions, chopped
- blue cheese crumbles
- ranch or blue cheese dressing
- balsamic glaze
Instructions
- Grab a small skillet and heat it up over medium high heat. With a pair of sharp kitchen scissors, cut the bacon into small pieces and drop it into the hot pan. Allow it to warm through and get nice and crispy.
- Remove the core of the lettuce and cut it into 6 wedges.
- Place each wedge on a plate and top with bacon, tomatoes, green onion and blue cheese crumbles.
- Drizzle with dressing and balsamic glaze.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
