Hello, friends and dear readers. It’s spring break at my house this week. (Woo Hoo!) Looking forward to spending time with friends and family over the next few days and couldn’t be happier about it. With my people home from school and considering our plans to travel both to Southern Utah and to Bear Lake over the next 10 days or so, I opted to choose recipes for this weeks menu that are super easy. Hope you don’t mind. šŸ˜‰ I did include a few recipes that take a little more time and would be perfect for a beautiful Easter Dinner on day 6, for those of you who are already getting your plans together. Watch for a big post featuring 50 Fabulous Easter Brunch and Easter Dinner recipes coming up on Monday morning, as well as a new recipe coming later next week featuring a fabulous spring dessert, not to be missed.
