Hello, everyone and welcome to the first SUMMERTIME MENU PLAN of the year. Each Friday through the summer I’ll be posting a menu plan that includes 5 dinner recipes, and an addition 3 recipes that are perfect for taking along to a summer pot luck, bbq, camping trip or picnic. It seems that summer is a great time for take along food to share with those you love. I hope to help you out in that department! I’ve got some great things in store for you this week, a few that would be fun for your Memorial Day weekend as well.
