In place of my traditional Weekly Menu Plan, today I thought it might be more fitting to give you a handful of recipes that make great use of freezer and food storage staples. I went to the store yesterday and it appears that everyone in America has purchased rice and flour during the last 24 hours. 😉 It’s crazy times out there, my friends. I hope you and your family are well and that you have the things you need. I chose recipes to include in this post that have minimal fresh ingredients (though there are a few in there now and then). I suspect the majority of us will be cooking and eating at home in the coming days, as so many events and social gatherings have been canceled. All my best to you and your loved ones. I sure appreciate you all. Stay safe out there!
